Does anyone know the exact release date for this expansion?
The only thing that I know so far is sometime in July and am
wondering if something more specific is known?

FASA's announced that they're switching production schedules to more
match their product -- that is, Corp War will be released in July of
*2060*, with the Cannon Canon (Big Book o Guns) following shortly after
Woodchuck's -- er, Groundhog's Day, 2061.

No, seriously, it's expected to be released in July. However, the exact
schedule is never quite certain, as bugs may crop up in passing to or
from the printer (no 'Spell Lock' for Corp Wars, pleeease!) But July is
a definite thing.

Hi, i just put in a corp wars pre-order at Potamic Distribution. First i
would like to say that this place is great. They keep your # and address on
file, all you have to do is call them up and say what you want. Anyways, back
to why i am posting. I see on their site that Corp Wars is *tenatively*
released on August 31st. I put in a order for 5 boxs. I hope this is the
release date, i can't wait for it to come out. I suggest you put in your pre-
orders now becuase it sounded like they have a lot of orders so far.

Just curious, why do You want to order 5 boxes? The set is only 90 cards
supposedly, so YouŽd get a plenty amount of extras. ---Felix

Wow! You already have a full set of Corp Wars? How did you get that?

I was under the impression that the cards haven't even made it to the
printers for production yet.

What month am I in? Maybe I'm stuck in some sorta time warp.........

Cheers,

Jon

When is Corp Wars coming out? And what is Corp Wars focusing on?

Corp Wars, by the latest Scrye magazine, is due out late this year. Corp
War focuses on corporate themes, such as black ops teams, corporate
backed shadowrunners, corporate security, decking, and other things
dealing with corporations.

That's a great question and one hopefully the RPG'ers on the list can
answer for us. Those of you who play SR RPG, I know some of you covered
the Corporations before, but could you help shed some light on the other
fundamentals that we MIGHT see like the above question?

Thanx,
J

In fact, the SRrpg book "corporate download" is in the process of
being written, and will focus on subject's like that. Black op teams
would, in SR parlance, be Shadow teams composed of soldiers from a
corporate army- employees' not freelancers. Can't see how those would
work in SRTCG, but m,aybe it would be something like gangs.
Corp backed runners is an idea that will be used in Corp Download,
according to scoop at Gencon. Basically, affiliating with a certain Corp,
working for them regularly, would get you acsess to goodies and services
that normal runners copuln't get (as often). So in SRTCG, it might work
much like a gang membership special, or a contact / location.

Greetings..

as much as it pains me to have to do this to all you true srccg fans....i
can't post the corp war card list publicly or in private...so those of you
that have emailed me...sorry no can do....as a matter of fact i burned all my
playtest stuff...so i have washed my hands of fasa and their card game..

i really hope someone picks up the game, but as poor as the card gaming
industry is i doubt it..i think five rings is realizing that now with rage
2....you guys keep srccg..im gonna stick to my game highlander... a simple but
yet challenging ccg..

adios
