I recieved the first submittion to the Deck Archive from Loki.
You can view what I have been able to come up with at the following
address.

I also added a new field that you can use in your submittions

Let me know if the format of Loki's deck page is a little much. I
tried to arrange it so that it could be functional without using
frames.
I used a template to output the HTML so it sould not be to hard to
change it.
