Do think a deck with about 40 runners and about 30 challenges would
work.Here is the Deck

Lord Torgo
Da Profezzur
Hatchetman-4
Red Widow
Razorbak-2
Reaper-2
The Preacher-2
Sam the Slueth-2
Hollywood-3
The Mole
Krackerjack
Caeser
Tiny
Fastjack
Cherry Bomb
Ajax-2
Thrash-3
Glitz-2
Marek
Ripper
Skidz
Kromagnus-4
Static
Macabre

Basilisk
Killer Drone
Maglocks-4
Booby Trap-4
Mine Field-4
Hunting Gargoyle-2
Dracoform
Sabotaged Controls
Integrated Control Room
Lone Star K-9 Unit
Lone Star Patrol
Ancients Turf
Mage Strike Force
Razorhead Turf
Feeding Ghouls
Manticore
Yak Attack
Knight Errant Guards
Tinkerbell

Its win/loss record is 4/0 so i think its good but I would like to know
how I could improve it, with what I have for cards. All of my best cards
are in this deck, except for a couple of cards, if that gives you an idea
of what I have.

With a win/loss record of what you have, I cannot fault your deck. Maybe
you could put a few specials in the deck but, I could not say what
without knowing what you have on hand.......Actually, You may want to
leave this deck alone for the time being, and work out another deck with
the other cards you have.

If I were you on your 40 runner 30 challenges deck I'd add some specials
like infighting etc and maybe a few gear cards

A really big advantage with this type of deck is that you don't have to
worry about when your next runner is going to come up. Your not going
to find yourself with a hand of 3 gear and 4 specials with nothing to
play them on. On the back side of the coin, you wont have any way of
stopping your opponets specials or stopping his runs (if the challenges
don't do it first.) Nor do you have any way of toasting his runners so
that he/she can't go running. Its a effective deck, only becuase you
are pretty much gaurenteed to have lots of runners on the table and
challenges to put out. While this type of deck can be effective its not
one I personally would choose to play.
On a side note :Now I am in _no_ way saying your a beginner but these
decks work great for teaching newbies the aspects of the game, because
their isn't alot of outside considerations. Something to consider for
those out there who are trying to promote the game in their local gaming
shops.
