Here's what I got back from the FASA guys on the Garfield patent and
WOTC.

The WotC patent has been the talk of the industry and the internet
since it was announced. I'm not at liberty to go into details about
this, but I will
say that FASA is not really worried over this issue. When I can say
more than that, I will.

I personally think that the worst-case scenario for SRTCG would be a
few extremely minor changes that would be little more than a temporary
nuisance to experienced players. I think the only thing that can
jeopardize SRTCG is poor sales, and that's not an issue now. The game
is doing well.
