As far as the Torgo discussion goes, didn't I read somewhere that there is
no longer going to be a rule regarding negative rep? Seems playing Torgo
might get a little costly in the rep department..."What'ya mean all three
of your are playing a Bad rep on me?!?!".
Maybe I'm misreading Bad Rep?

I've always limited Bad Rep to when one Runner *attacks* another, so
Lord Torgo and Tempest don't cut it. (Neither does a Drive-By.
Drive-Bys are supposed to be so speedy that you don't catch the license
plate, let alone a look at the gunman's face, so it's understandable).

However, I've heard that others use it a bit more liberally.

And yes, there is no longer any limit on negative Reputation.
