FASA-ANSWER: The only time a 'turned' runner can use attached cards is
if they are on a Shadowrun.

FASA-ANSWER: You betcha!

FASA-ANSWER: Nope. Once a runner has taken lethal damage it's to late.
There are exceptions to this (ie; stim-patch). When this is the case it
will specifically state so on the card.

FASA-ANSWER: Yes.
5) Or does the single spirit/drone of lvl 2 take up all of the
concentration of a shaman/rigger of Skill 2? For example: Can Papy hold
and use 2 Greater Elementals at the same time?
FASA-ANSWER: Papy could use 2 Greater Elementals at the same time.
