Here's the answers I got back on Fame, Stun Gloves and Ambidexterity.

Interesting, the Stun Gloves do work differently than I would've
thought but then the fact that the Runner doesn't get to participate
in regular combat balances it out.

I can't wait to tell Caric about the Fam answer. ;o)

Q. Does a Runner with the Fame trait need to be unturned to earn the
extra nu yen on your Credstick Phase? An example - say I send Thrash
to the Iron Lung on a given turn. My following Credstick Phase he'll
still be turned, can I still pull in the extra nu yen he normally
gives me? What I've been able to glean from the Rulebook Thingy (RBT)
it seems that turned or unturned makes no difference. Correct?

A. A runner with fame does'nt need to be unturned for you to get the
Y from his 'fame' ability.

Q. About the Stun Gloves, when is the roll for trashing the Challenge
made? Before or after the alarm is triggered? It has been brought up
on the list that Stun Gloves might be used as a sort of auto-sleaze if
the roll is made before the alarm goes off. I've said since Stun
Gloves are in fact a weapon, they aren't used until actual combat.
Combat occurs after an alarm is triggered and thus it's too late for
their trashing the Challenge to make a difference. Am I correct on my
interpretation?

A. In theory you're correct but in fact the card's 'auto-sleaze'
ability was intended to be used before combat started. It's worth
mentioning that If a runner fails to use the stun gloves effectively
against a challenge that he cannot participate in the following
combat. This is because he has
already done his part by trying to use his gloves.

Q. If Stun Gloves are rolled for during combat, that means even if
Challenge is trashed it still deals it's damage. Right?

A. See above.

Qa. Ambidexterity. A runner may either use two pistols -OR- two
hand-to-hand weapons, not a combo (i.e. a Katana and a Beretta).
Correct?

A. You can use a combo of the two types if you like.

Qb. Referring back to Stun Gloves and Ambidexterity. Say Lord Torgo
has Ambidexterity and I equip him with a Katana and Stun Gloves. He
and his friends encounter the Guardian Dracoform and we go to duke it
out. Would I roll for my Stun Gloves, and if they don't trash the
Challenge, then figure the 14 damage I do with the Katana in with the
rest of the group's Attack?

A. See above

I'm glad to here that the gloves work the way I thought they did.
That way they are not too powerful, yet are quite useful.

As long as the runner wearing SG doesn't also get in on regular combat
if they fail (i.e. Ambidextrous Lord Torgo w/ Katana), then I agree
with it.
