Lord knows those other seventy cards are just dross, eh! And they must
be swine, for not just tossing cards by the bucketful out to whomever's
got a midge of a complaint.

You could take it with a grain of salt, or be a bit more literal about
what the starter box says (does it say "3 rares, 18 uncommons" on it?
On which panel, again?) Relax; there are greater evils in the world.

Are you saying that you must have rares to play? No, you definitely
did not get your values worth, even though the box did not guarantee the
mix you you lead to believe it had. On the other hand, rares are not a
necessity.
