Ok, here's what I got back on the Street Scum rulings and the Foxy
Roxy issue. This comes from Skuzzy himself. :o)

OK, here's the scoop.

"Street scum" aren't restricted by what type of gear that they can
take. I know this doesn't really make sense with some things (ie;
cyberware, spells, etc.) but none the less that's how they work.

If "Foxy Roxy" is present on a Shadowrun with another Runner that is
'Anti-social' and they encounter a personnel Challenge you have to roll
off with a D6 to see who takes precedence. Sorry there is no hard and
fast ruling for this one. This question was one of the first that came
up early on in the playtesting.

Query: When *any* challenge sends back people to the safehouse--Nets, as
well as others, and special cards--are the runners sent back turned or
unturned (if the challenge doesn't specify?)

Yes, they go back to the safehouse turned unless the card states
otherwise (i.e. - Nets).
