Holy crow is this a goo card!
Social - 4 and she automatically sleazes all Personnel Challenges!
Now I just need to know ... is it just her that sleazes them, or does the
whole team get to go with her?

She may only be a 1/1, but she costs just four nuyen!
I think I found someone to help my skill-less trogs!

Foxy Roxy
Type: Runner
Rarity: Promo
Description: Legendary Elf Flirt
Notes: 4¥. Social-4. 1/1. Foxy Roxy automatically sleazes any
personnel challenge.

I believe it would be like the Sleep spell or Maglock passkey on
someone on your team. Foxy Roxy just automatically meets any Sleaze
requirement on a personnel challenge and gets your team through it.
She's a Legendary Flirt... a little cleavage, a flash of thigh and
Lone Star doesn't notice the three trolls skulking across the street.

She's a 1/1 though, you'd best get some armor on her quick or Riots,
Drive-By and Tempest challenges like Hit & Run could be a nitemare.
Lord Torgo will also find her a elven play-toy. ;o)

Does Foxy Roxy's ability override the effects of the anti-social attribute?

This and similar questions are covered in the SRTCG Q&A: SRCard's
Official Unofficial SRTCG FAQ hosted at Tony's site:
http://members.home.net/porthos/srtcg/srtcg.html
</plug>

Here's the entry:

Q1: If Foxy Roxy and GoreTusk are together on a run when they hit
Security Guards, which takes precedence: Foxy's ability to
auto-sleaze, or Gore Tusk's triggering the alarm via anti-social?

A1: If "Foxy Roxy" is present on a Shadowrun with another Runner that
is 'Anti-social' and they encounter a personnel Challenge you have to
roll off with a D6 to see who takes precedence. Sorry there is no hard
and fast ruling for this one. This question was one of the first that
came up early on in the playtesting.
