There is an important message on FASA's web site about the amount
of questions that are being submitted to them. A must read for all
of us SRTCG players.

Thanks for the heads up, Steven.

Here's the message for those who may not have WWW access:

~~~~~~~~~~
Dear Shadowrun Trading Card Game Players,
Since the advent of Magic: The Gathering, we know that you are used to
e-mailing a question about a game and receiving an immediate reply.
While we try our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible,
we want you to know that FASA is not a mega-corp. We have a TOTAL of
27 employees. That includes production, shipping, accounting,
purchasing, sales, etc. Most of us do many tasks-as is the case with
our Art Director, who not only helps answer the SRTCG e-mail, but is
also responsible for the visual aspects of every product; and our
BattleTech developer, who guides the entire game line, works on the
approval process for every BattleTech licensee and reads all of the
novels in various stages. They are not alone-we all wear many hats. We
tell you this simply in the hope that you will cut us a little slack
when we don't reply immediately to your questions regarding our game.
We try very hard to be responsive, but sometimes there isn't enough
time in the day to keep up with customer support the way we would like
to. We appreciate the support you show us. Thanks.
~~~~~~~~~~

I'm going to send a message for Jim & Skuzzy asking if they may want
to post some info about the SRCard List. It may help deter some of the
on-slaught of questions, or at least help funnel them down to coming
from one source and decrease duplicate questions.
