You know, this is one are of the game I would like to see changed. I
really don't like that if my opponent intercepts me, then I can't
intercept my opponent next turn. At the very least, I would like each
player to get an interception per shadowrun.

Any one else feel this way?

Personally, I have mixed feelings about the rule. Since I have been
playing incorrectly (not realizing only one interception) I tried a new
game using that rule yesturday. The game stretched out three hours!
Well, I think that there was more strategy involved in the game, so it
comes down to votes of simplification vs. detailed strategy.

Anyone else have an opinion?

I like it as is. Right now if there's an undefended Objective out, I'm
less likely to run on it. If you interecept me, then you're walking
right in and taking that Objective next turn unless I can pull
something amazing out of my hand.

I think it lends to a more strategic style of play, especially in a
multi-player game.

Case in point, in a 4-way game the other week, it came down to
deciding just who I'd let have an Objective. the were no Challenges on
it and the owner of the Objective had passed on intercepting. The next
player had all his Runners turned so it came to me. Would I rather let
this player (who was in last place) or let the next player (in second
place) have it.

I've seen the current interception rules work in ways I like. I say if
it's not broke don't fix it.

I agree with Loki <Smooch smooch>. I think it adds to the strategy of the
game <suck up suck up>. OOOh now I have something brown on my nose.
I have run into the same situation he describes several times, because when
I play its usually multiplayer. FASA!!!! if you're listening dont change
this rule. I know where your offices are!!! I am that large sweaty guy that
was hitting on the receptionist last week. Remember me...
O.K., now I'm done.
