I just would like to point out that the question about where Invisibility
or Sleep, etc can sleaze a challenge after the alarm has been triggered has
already been awnsered in the offical FAQ posted on FASA's web page. I have
pasted the appropraite part below:

Can a Runner use Invisibility to sleaze past an Awakened, Street or
Personnel Challenge if the alarm is already triggered?

Yes.

It IS weird that both Invisibility and Sleep don't say Turn to use anywhere
on the cards. That is a very good question. Have to wait to see what FASA
says....

They don't have to say anything. It's already covered:

"Runners.. may only use a number of Spells in a turn equal to their
Sorcery skill rating. Each spell may only be used once per turn. Turn
a spell to use it."

RBT, page 35. I don't have spoiler text in front of me, but I believe
both are worded to make it obvious their effects are oriented to the
next Challenge revealed, not any Challenge after being used.

I don't see that FASA needs to say much of anything on it. RBT page 35
already states:

"Each Spell may only be used once per turn. Turn a Spell card to use
it."
