p. 18 of the RBT covers it all. The Threat Rating is made up of three values -- the
Attack Value, the Body, and Armor (if the Runner has it). In the case of Lone Star
Undercover, all three are added to the Challenge's own Threat rating, after being modified
appropriately for Gear, Fatigue, and so on.

There can be occasional confusion when you LSU a Runner who is holding (but not yet used)
a spell, a weapon like the Taser, or other special abilities (Bam Bam and Tin Man would
also fall in this category). LSU only adds the Runner to the Challenge; it doesn't make
him *your* Runner to use, though, so you can't spend money to boost Marek, or turn the
Hellblast Doc Apoc is holding after you've played the card. If, however, if ou can hold
out until after your opponent has done so for you....
