Subject: MORE Yellowjacket questions

Yeah, I've used the Wheeler/Yellowjacket. Hell, I used a Johnson to get
the Wheeler and haul up a Yellowjacket. I found that buying
yellowjackets on the Black Market with Roadrash is more effective
though, with Sisko to bail him out.

Which brings up my question. If I use the Black Markets to get a
vehicle cost to 1¥, is it free for Roadrash since he gets all vehicles
at -1¥?
