Hi all!

Can Mr. Black "organize" Cyberware. For instance, Hand Razors are by
card text a weapon, but I canīt see a Fixer getting you Cyberware which
he or you would be able to implant.

Who's to say he has to sell them off the back of a van? He could have
connections with a Street Doc that can slap 'em in. Odds are he has
connections with gun runners and armorers to pull his other sales.

Mute point. Mr. Black refers to Gear/Weapon. Hand Razors are
Cyberware/Weapon. Not the same thing.
