I'd like to take this opportunity to say hi to everyone and to =
introduce myself. As a disappointed Star Wars CCG player I was looking =
for something new. Having read all the Shadowrun books I was thrilled =
when SRTCG came out. So if anyone wants to trade some of their extra =
SRTCG cards for some SWCCG let me know. Any advice on SR would be =
greatly appreciated from any and all. And also I live in SE Texas if =
anyone happens to live nearby drop me a note and we'll get together for =
some serious horse-trading and gaming. I currently have a SWCCG web =
page, but I'm fixing to add a SRTCG section which will be the primary =
focus of the page. If anyone has some good SR pic's, card faces etc. =
add em to an e-mail and shoot em my way. Thx.

I admit that I needed to see a demonstration of Shadowrun TCG before I even
thought about buying it. The way Star Trek, Star Wars, and Dune have come
out, I was nervous, and skeptical. But I love it now! As does my
girlfriend. I might ask, does it seem that there is less of a disparity
between the number of male and female players of Shadowrun TCG versus other
card games? (if that made sense, please reply).

Don't know about players, but I can say the cards themselves have a
fairly decent mix of buff-boys and razorgals. The wording, however:
"Target player must re-roll any dice roll that *he* just made."
(Emphasis mine.)

Okay, that's one card out of, what, more'n three hundred? I'm not
usually the PC-Uber-alles type, it just sort of stood out.

We here have two couples who play multi-player almost exclusively, and it
seems to us (also former M:TG players) that SR is more popular w/ boys AND
girls than M:TG ever was.

Welcome! You came to the right place then. :o)

The Bull-bot was being configured for SRCard welcoming, but I don't
think it's running at the moment.

Fenris/Logan has some card graphics on his page, and you should be
able to grab the skill-button icons of of FASA's.

Oh, and one other thing. Your mailer seems to be attaching an HTML
duplicate of your message (see below). Could you find how to turn that
off? Most list members don't like receiving attachments, and some can
even get fired for pulling down attachements if they read their email
at work. Thanx!

I think I managed to turn off that attachment thingy. I set this address as
only to recieve text messages, so maybe that'll work. I was unaware of the
situation. If it didn't work maybe someone could give me a clue how to fix
it. (I'm running Outlook Express in MS Explorer 4). Thx.
