sorry if this sounds stupid but kinda new to the game. but what a
great game.

the question I've got is when you take an objective what happens to
the challenges that are still there? i.e. your own challenges that you
do not face.

According to the Online Official FAQ from FASA, all the challenges remaining
on an Objective when it is taken are trashed. Hope that helps!

I heard that "sucker run" does not count towards the minimum number of
objectives in your deck (6)... Well, if that is true, then why does the
GenCon sample deck have the following objectives in it...

Cermak Blast (1)
Courier Run (1)
Fort Knocks (1)
Ragnarock (1)
Sucker Run (1)

If that is true, you wouldn't count "sucker run" and have a total of 4
objectives... why is this deck like this? did they change the rules before
the game came out? and even if you did count "sucker run" you would have
only 5! This must be a subliminal message from the government... THEY ARE
DRIVING US ALL SLOWLY INSANE!! THEY ARE INSIDE MY HEAD!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!! GET
THEM OUT!!

'Cuz it's a demonstration deck, not a tournament-legal deck. IIRC, the
GenCon decks only had fifty cards, too.
