Out of those 2 boxes of boosters I just got this week, I got about 20-30
objectives. Is that right? Should I have gotten more?

No, the common objectives only come in Starters. See the FASA page for
problems with those, but there are not very many objectives to start with,
and most of them, a vast majority as a metter of fact, are common.
