And building on this, this list is for talking about the game, which I
admit you actually referenced in your post (small shock). If you want to
FASA bash, do it somewhere else...go find a WOTC Magic list or something....

On topic (for the non-complaining readers) -- Cortex Bomb and Adam Bomb.
Adam Bomb has a built-in Cortex, right? And can a Cortex Bomb be used in
conjunction with Adam to double-deal the damage?

Not a bad idea with the Rapier. Although the Z-Zone fits in with the deck
I tried to run last time...

shh.... Tha's what I do.

Actually, what i'm working on but have yet to bother to do is a deck
with Uncle Joe wearing a Cortex Bomb and a Rapier, send him in on
another run with a Hellblast. He kills himself and does 2
armor-piercing to everyone else, then does 5 damage to everyone.

Now a question: If I stuff him in a coffin hotel to be safe, can I
still trash the Yamaha Rapier to send him on a run, even though he's
already turn?

Yeah but with Z-Zone, aren't all runners from both sides committed?
Boom to all your guys too.

Only the one(s) you initially select to visit the Z-Zone.

No, just the "team" that goes in the Z-Zone and the unturned runner of your
opponent are fighting.

I've been there and done that and my answer is yes. Just like any other
runner that has a built in cyberware effect (i.e., wired reflexes, dermal
plating) the runner has that ability/limitation and we justify it by saying
they have a cortex bomb or wired reflexes or dermal plating. However it
doesn't say you can't add that effect again through cyberware. Just my
opinion after all it's just a card game, not the real thing.

All of the unturned runners on both sides. That's why you have to throw an
Iron Lung or other location that you can send all of your pansy runners to if
they don't want to go to the Z.

Sorry, but that's not entirely correct. From the SRTCG Q&A at
http://members.home.net/porthos/srtcg/sc_QandA.html:

Q2: How does the Z-Zone work? Does the player using it have to choose
unturned runners, can the opposing player choose a turned runner, does the
opposing player have to choose all his runners or can he choose a
sacrificial lamb.
A2: Both players must use only unturned Runners. The "defending" player
must use all of his unturned Runners.

Q3: Can more than SIX runners go to the Z-Zone in order to brawl with your
opponent?
A3: No.

By A2, you opponent must use all his unturned runners. By card text and
A3, you choose up to 6 runners to visit the Z-Zone. Since it is entirely
possible you have more than 6 unturned runners, it is not correct that "all
of the unturned runners on both sides" are involved.

I believe the reasoning was , you could only do damage a second time once.
If you try giving damage a second time 2 times your acctualy doing it a third
time and therefore its not a second time. Clear?
