Regarding Ghost Who Walks or Dodger (for the questions, treat Dodger as
if he cannot be targetted by a special).

In a run where GWW or Dodger is present and Tactics: Scatter is played on
another runner, can I put damage on these runners ?? In a simular
example with Tactics: Converge, does the TR take the damage from GWW or
Dodger ??

Anyway, you get the picture. If a card doesn't affect these runners
directly, will they be affected ??

Yes they will be effected. The cards do not say "Cannot be effected by
specials", the say "Cannot be targeted by specials", very different.

Here's two situations that happens yesterday that I what some
comments/answers about them :

1- A team was facing Guardian Earth Elemental. In the team was Hawkwind
(3/2) and the challenge says that all shamans are at -2/-2. Does
Hawkwind gets trashed ?? If so, when (before or after combat. Probably
before, but I want a second opinion) ?? What about Virus tokens ?? Can
they kill runners with their -1/-1 ??

2- I had Uncle Joe on the table with two skillsofts on him. The card
says that I can play up to two skillsofts on him. By the text, we rule
that this runner cannot have more than two skillsofts (that would enable
him to choose the skills he wants). For a certain run, I would have
needed another skillsoft and I propose to trash one and replace it with
this new one. Is this a legal move ??

On a side note, I thought, like most of you, that Uncle Joe is a runner
not worth playing until I tried this new deck. In the middle of the
game, UJ had the following gears : Skillsoft:Stealth and Athletics,
Muscle Aug., Berreta, Detect Enemy, and Rapier for a final threat of 7/4
A1, with Athletics 2, Stealth, Sorcery, and Firearms. Call it beginner's
luck (for the deck), but this deck did perform well with a final score of
125 to 10 rep. points (a 100 points game). Tx and see ya.

I may be misreading the card, but i think its the elemental that get the -2/-2
What about Virus tokens ?? Can they kill runners with their -1/-1 ??
