Ok, when a decker uses a program, the program must be turned, but the
decker does not. Now the question that came up is five runners are sent
on a runner with a decker in the safehouse for support. The decker uses
the sleaze program to try to reset the alarm. The program is turned.
Is the decker? Couldn't find it anywhere in the rulebook.

Thanks in advance.

The runner does not turn. Same with spells and most other gear. You
do have to declare that the decker is supporting before the run, however.

Is it correct that Runners supporting a Run from the safehouse (deckers,
indirect fire) do not count to the 6 Runner maximum? This is not in the
rbt as far as I searched. ---Felix

Well, it's in the FAQ :

Can I have 6 Runners on a shadowrun and also use a Runner in the Sniper Roost
and/or have a Runner use
Indirect Fire?

No. The maximum number of Runners that may participate in a shadowrun is 6. This
maximum includes Deckers.

If the decker is committed to assisting the run, even though he's matirx
support and not physically present, he would have had to be turned with the
other runners in the first place.
