decks (actually, what I call a Ruin the Nuyen deck, with four Ice Queens
with Sticky Fingers, and a horde of little Decklings to take Fuchi to
town). I'm rolling in the dough and reaping in the Rep.
My opponents, however, are coming mighty close to scoring out themselves
and I've decided to put a stop to it with a big, fat, Fuchi-sponsored
Block Party, into which I'm dumping twenty-five nuyen, five turns worth
of non-stop conga line.
Question One: What does "five turns" mean, anyway? Is it a "full
turn"
like Yoshimo Chang (apparently, five times around the table)? Or just
five separate player's turns? Sans horde of money, it seems
exceptionally ineffective if read in this second manner, especially in a
two-player game.
Question Two: Assuming my opponent doesn't have a LOTI in his hand
immediately, can he draw one and then use it on his turn? That is to
say, does Block Party remain in play (like Red Alert) or does it get
trashed (like Knock-Knock)?
