Hello to all players out there in this hostile world,

I again have questions about a card, to which I did not find answers
anywhere.
The card is Bulldog Van and here they are:

If the owner of BV is on a shadowrun, do the runners in the safehouse get
the A+1 ?

Is this bonus cumulative ? If I have 2 BV in play and somebody plays a
riot, will my Glitz survive unharmed ?

Why is there an "Outdoor" on this card ? (I mean, this does not seem to be
important for play)

If the owner of BV is turned (i.e. has visited a location), do the runners
in the safehouse get the A+1 ?
