As I was saying about the only one of each runner in play at a time
thing....it works quite well....

As i am ork/troll mad, I usually go an ork/troll deck with my friend who i
play against going a variety of different combos...and i certainly dont
sleaze my way through...until recently i played a beat-em-up deck every
time with mostly big ork/troll guys.
I won about 15 games in a row but since underworld has come out...i am
losing more thanks to that In-Fighting card...my friend has 3 of them...and
he plays them one after the other to wipe out nearyl my entire team...
Apart from that though i reckon the ork/troll combo works great...One thing
though? Does anyone out there have a skillsoft Demolition they want to part
with for something....NOT ONE ork or troll i have got out of about 23 has
the demolition skill...and the booby traps really piss me off

Can anyone help me on a question i have....
If i play a Wanted card on a runner in my opponents safehouse and turn say
Skwaark! to attack him can i
then play Scatter! to hit all his runners that are in his safehouse? I was
just wondering if that is possible..

You can actually build quite a good sleaze deck with ork and troll runners
however you just need a couple of skillsofts...

I also usually play a resonably big deck...but i see this bites and i am
starting to try and keep my decks down a bit....but it is hard when there
are so many good cards you want to play....it is just too tempting

Tactics:Scatter distributes the damage to all "present" Runners. The
two Runners fighting each other are present outside the safehouse, so
you can't splash your opponent's with the damage. You can make him take
some of what he's dishing out, though!

The various rules on where Runners are 'present' is covered in the
rulebook thingie (RBT) fair early on - page 16 or so.

Yep, Vampire and Doomtown both function on the "Only one of each person"
concept, and it works great. I don't really think there are enough runners out yet to
play with that rule in Shadowrun though. (Vampire has roughly 150 vampires and Doomtown
has around 50 individuals)

Unfortunatly, no. Combat between runners takes place outside of the safehouse, so the
Scatter! just works against you and the other runner present.

Unfortunatly, no. Combat between runners takes place outside of the
safehouse, so the Scatter! just works against you and the other runner
present.

You're half right about this one. If you play that card on either
runner, half damage will be absorb by each runner. In the case the
damage cannot be divided in two, the owner of the card assign the last
point where he wants, probably the opponent. So yes, you can save your
runner and kill your opponent with that card.
