Hi everyone, I know this will probably we a stupid question, but this came up
ina game recently.
Do specials like moonlighting stay on the board when used, so that they can
be used for more than one turn, or are they a "one-shot" deal? I could have
sworn they were one-shot deals, but my opponet said that it could be used
more than once.

Thanks,

Your opponent is stoned. Moonlighting can be used only once. They
are the "Dark Ritual" of SRTCG... :-)

To the best of my knowledge specials are one shot deals. They're not
enchantments from M:TG.

Heck, if I could keep Drive-By out there and keep turning runners with
piloting to deal out 3 points of damage... Well let's just say 3¥
would be vastly under priced. ;o)
