Okay, folks....

Here's a question that was asked of me that I honestly don't know how to
answer:

You play a Rush Job on an opponent. His/Her turn comes up and at the
Shadowrun phase, they decide to send one Rocker as a sacrificial lamb.
HOWEVER, you have 5 Runners that are unturned and loaded for bear. And,
conveniently enough, they have Yamaha Rapiers....

SO.......you join in the Run with Thrash. Let's face it, Thrash is weak,
and the first card you hit is, low and behold, HIGHWAY SHOWDOWN. Thrash is
dead. Cooked. Dogmeat. You get the idea.

My question is this: Do the Runners that are left get to continue on the
Shadowrun, even though all of the Runners from the Player who originally
started the Shadowrun (during his turn, no less...) or is the Shadowrun
done? Also, if it's not, who gets the rep for it? Let's say that Thrash
doesn't die (he's got Heavy Armor Full on...God only knows why.....)
Thrash manages to survive up until the last challenge, where he's GAQ'd
home (bad clams...)... The same question applies...who gets all of the rep?

Ponder that!

From the FAQ's answer to using the Rapier to go on another runners run I
would say that the original person who sent Thrash would get the rep. In
the FAQ they say that 'sure you can go on another persons run if you want
to HELP them'.

I'm sure people on the street would be impressed (increase rep) if you had
the leadership or negotiation skill to convince someone else to take an
objective for you.

Regards,
Adrian.

Then I suppose it would be time for the False Mentor ;-)

interupted..just added a few more runners.

How do you have 5 yamaha rapiers out when the rules say you only get 4
in a deck? ... If you says NERPS! I pull out the spark plugs on one of
them :)

My call on the situation is that the persons whos turn it is to go
shadowrunning... no matter how an objective gets scored, gets the rep.
If that person can get his opponent to do all of his dirty work for him
then I think he truley deserves the rep. The only way I can think of to
get rep off another guys turn is false mentor. Good thing your only
allowed 1 per deck :)

You, sir, would be correct on the NERPs!, although, the question comes to
mind...why would I want to NERPs a Rapier? Call it a sickness....or
something in the water....

Yeah, that seems to be the general consensus.
