There's a pretty good set of SRTCG solo rules on the SRCard homepage:

The rules were written by Ground Zero, an SRCard list member.

A link to the Black Hammer page is on the SRCard homepage as well.
Harlequin (another list member) was working on this as well, but I
haven't seen him on active on the list recently.
