1) We're in a 3 players game and I put an Objective. One of my opponent
puts two challenges. I turn the O to find out it's Fusion Run. It says
that you can put one less challenge per player, min 1. What happens to
the 2 challenges. Do the player puts one challenge in his hand
(randomly, he chooses, top one, bottom one), or do he trash one (again,
randomly, he chooses, top one, bottom one) ??

2) A runner has a Partial Heavy Armor and suffers AP damage. Do he have
to roll to check if he keeps the armor (I think so because the damage
must pass through the armor, but I want more opinions) ??

3) I have Mr. Black on the table and I want to give a pistol to
Kraker-Jack (or Hand Razor to Skwaaaaaak!). This weapon is free (first
one) on Kraker-Jack. Can I still roll Mr. Black to get a 5-6 ?? If I
get a 2-4 result, do I have to pay 1 Y (it says on Mr. Black to pay min.
of 1) ??

4) I have an unturned rigger in play and I decide to play Drive-By. My
opponent Whoops! my rigger. What happens with my card. Do I pay for it
? Do I trash it ? Do I keep it in my hand ? Is the rigger stays turned
?

So may questions, so little answers. Please help this poor soul !!!!!

I would say the extra challenge is trashed. Choosing which challenge to
trash is probably up to the group. Take a vote and make it a house rule
whether it's the last card played or a randomly determined card.
Personally, I think the last card played should be trashed, but I'm
open-minded about the whole thing.

IMHO, you're either using the armor or you're not. If you're on a run, you
can decide not to use the armor for the entire run (all combats) so you
don't have to roll for it, or you decide to use the armor (for all combats)
so you must roll. I don't think you should be able to choose per combat
whether you're using the armor or not.

IMHO, if you decide to use Mr. Black, you must abide by the text on the
card. In other words, KJ gets a free pistol OR you take your chances with
Mr. Black, paying 1 Y if you roll 2-4.

Once the Drive-By is paid for, it's too late to Whoops! the rigger.

No problem. Hope my answers help, but remember they're only my opinions.
