Crap. Crap! Crapcrapcrap!!!!

Thought I had a winner there.

Looking back at it, it does make more sense this way.
Essentially the wording of 1 nuyen:You may add Melee ... means you are
permitted to do so.
No matter how many nuyen you pay to permit it, you still only get to do it
once.

Darn. :-(
