Different decks will have different cards (trust me I've bought enough
of them. :o) However, they follow the same formula for number of
rares, uncommons and commons in each deck. Can't remember how many of
each off hand (3 rares, but can't remember the rest).

Feeling exceedingly ripped off - the starter I bought today only had two
rares. :( However, the boosters all had four uncommons so that cheered
me up. :)

No, but my friends and I have noticed some large sorting problems...
i.e., two boosters out of the same box will have almost the exact
same cards sometimes (esp. if they were right next to each other, or
in a stack). The rares tend to be different, but many time's I'll
see the exact same commons/uncommons in boosters or starters that
came from the same box.. For this reason, I'm going to hold off on
buying a full box mailorder (though the prices are nice).
