News:I have put a Static card in my deck, along with the cards needed to
make him effective(programs,cyber).
Question:Does Static have to leave the safehouse to use his recon
ability? Can he intercept another decker with a program, and proceed to
attack them witrh said program?

Nope. However, Recons do have to be performed during your Legwork
phase.

'Intercept' is kind of the wrong word, as it wouldn't prevent a
shadowrun (unless Stat-boy turfs the opposing Runner - and knowing
his Deck skill, he is pretty likely to.) Black Hammer and Hog,
the only Attack programs to date, are both pretty self-explanatory.

getting killed.

I would of course take down any other decker.(cept another static or A
prime decker.)
