The German rbt is the same as the English one (I own both). Olaf was
referring to the term "present". On p. 14, it is written that
"present"
includes Runners as well as Challenges. Because the term "present" is
also used on T:S, Olaf got the slightly off conclusion that T:S would
also affect the Killer Drone, ignoring the term "Runner". ---Felix
