Swiss rounds...
1st round :
randomly paired.... Odd player gets a bye(instant win)... Winners get a
fixed point (say 1) and loser gets fixed point (say 0)
2nd round :
Players w/1 pt are paired w/other players w/1pt.
Players w/0 pt are paired w/other players w/0pt.
If there is uneven number a player w/0 pt gets a bye.
Winners get 1pt.
Losers get 0pt.
3rd round :
Players w/2 pt are paired w/other players w/2pt.
Players w/1 pt are paired w/other players w/1pt.
Players w/0 pt are paired w/other players w/0pt.
If there is uneven number a player w/0 pt gets a bye.

Note : a player will never play an opponent twice and will never get more
than 1 bye... If he/she is given a bye the next most eleigible player gets
the bye. If he/she is paired with a same opponent, he swaps with another
player first within the same point catogory for a fresh opponent; failing
that the swaps with a higher or lower catogory.

The swiss rounds continue until a top 8 or top 4 (depending on the
organizer) can be determined.
