When do runners may turn to remove a virus token ?? In any phase, the
legwork phase, or the healing phase (sorry, I forgot the name of that
phase).

I don't think that there is an offical ruling on this, but seeing as how
only a fully healed runner may remove virus tokens, and that you must
turn the runner to do so, I would say that it really doesn't matter when
you turn them. Since there is no card out (yet) that lets you unturn a
runner, you still could only turn to remove the token or turn to go to a
location or turn to go shadowrunning. You can't have a runner do
multiple actions (involving turing) so does it really matter? If there
has to be a stage in when it does happen I would guess it happens at the
same time you would normally turn a runner to heal them of damage.

In the healing phase and only if they are full healed.
Because you heal your runner from a virus(just my meaning).

The way we played this was that, if a Runner gets a virus on a Shadowrun,
if he is undamaged, he can turn to heal on his next refresh phase (after
the run). However, any runner that was damaged that got a virus, had that
virus until end of game.

A real pain to be sure, but that was how we understood it was to be played...

Actually, the runner may heal during the first refresh phase after the run,
and can be cured of the virus during the refresh phase of the next turn.
Therefore, virus tokens can keep a runner occupied for two full turns.
