I thought that you couldn't attack a turned character. I thought that
they already did their thing and where to busy to be "Wanted".

Actually, the way I understand it, a turned runner can not engage in any combat that
forces the targeted player to choose a runner to join in a combat (IE: Bat Fight).
Wanted! on the other hand is specifically targeted towards a runner, so being turned
doesn't affect the runner. If this wasn't true, Wanted! would be, well, dumb. Imagine
this, you Wanted! a guy, you attack the Wanted! guy and get GAQ'd, from then on, all the
runner had to do was find an excuse to turn and he'd never die.

That's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Q5: Can a turned runner be the target of a Wanted!/Riots/Drive By card?
A5: Yes. Why not?
