I am currently working on a "Lone Star" theme deck and i have one thing
disturbing me:

If i play "Wanted" and use the "Handcuffs" on target runner, do i earn
rep.?
In the same case, can my opponent play a "bad Reputation" on me ?

Vincent.

Hi
sorry, no reputation because you must kill the runner.
Yes, he can do it because you attacke him.
BTW,my last L.S. deck works well with a Z-Zone.Maybe you go on the initiation
run, use the special card hellowener and handcuffs for your Lone Stars.
NICE EFFEKT.

p.s.: don`t use the prison(dont know the right name), because most of the runner
have higher cost then 3.

No Reputation gain, since combat was avoided. Bad Reputation yes, since
You did attack and weren´t sent back to the safehouse. ---Felix

Besides the improbably difficult sequence of events setting this up,
this tactic doesn't quite work. Handcuffs arrests the opposing Runner
before the combat begins, so the Runner can't really be thought of being
damaged or defeated in combat by the Halloweener Lone Star Ganger Runner
(both which need to be the case for the Runner to be fragged by
Halloweener).
