I could've sworn we had gotten an answer from FASA on this before, but
I can't find it as I skim through things.

Does it matter with Wanted if the target Runner is turned or not?

I know with things like Bar Fight or Z-Zone, it's pointless to use
them when all your opponent's Runners are turned, because no Runners
could then be committed to the fight.

What about Wanted? Can it be played on a turned Runner and/or can a
turned Wanted Runner be attacked?

If I'm remembering correctly, the answer to the above two questions is
yes, but I can't find anything that backs me up.

This question was one of the last ones to be included in the Q&A. Here's the
answer from the Q&A:
Q5: Can a turned runner be the target of a Wanted!/Riots/Drive By card?
A5: Yes. Why not?

I am a bit worried about this question. Does this mean I am going to have
to deal with a bunch of Wanted!'s today? :)

OK, for clarification. According to the above I can pay my nuyen and
put a Wanted on your turned Torgo. While Torgo is turned, can I then
turn my Cannonball (w/ Muscle Rep and Defiance Shotgun) to go
Kamikazee and take out the Wanted brute?

Well when I asked FASA whether or not Runners that are turned can be attacked
by other Runners they told me no. THis was quite a long time ago, and things
change. It of course doesn't stop turned Runners from being smacked by
cards that deal damage directly, just ones were arumble needs to take place.
