I have a question (quite simple, but I canŽt convince myself): Is it
"IŽd" or "IŽld" for "I would"?

I'd.

Occasionally, you'll see "I'd've" (for "I would have") which leads one
to the rather ridiculous looking (let alone unpronounceable!)
contraction, "I'd'nt've" (which should be obvious as to meaning).
