Again, this falls into the realm of common sense...

Card Text for "All or Nothing":
"No member of target shadowrunning team may voluntarily pull out of
current shadowrun."

Card Text for "Widow's Trap":
"When Widow's Trap is revealed, shadowrunning team may choose to
pull out of the shadowrun immediately or roll D6: 1-2: No effect. 3-4:
Trash a randomly determined Runner. 5-6: Trash 2 randomly determined
Runners. 7+: Trash entire shadowrunning team! Trash Widow's Trap after
encountered. Only Runners who are present can be trashed."

Since AoN specifically says that they may not pull out, it effectively
negates that option from Widow's Trap.
It's like saying: "Ok, choose either my left of right hand, but you can't
choose my left.". The only option you then have is the right hand.
Or, in this case, the only option is roll d6.

Further, in the rulebook (page 57), it says:
"If a player chooses not to continue the shadowrun and returns his team
to the safehouse, the Runner team is considered to have pulled out of
the run."

So, since, by not rolling the d6 and taking the chance, you are returning
the runners to the safehouse. And as such, are considered to have
pulled out of the Shadowrun. This is strictly prohibited by AoN.

To recap: If an AoN is played and the next challenge is Widow's Trap,
the team must bite the bullet and roll the die.
