I personally like themed objectives and challenges. For example:

* Robo-plant revolt is great when you stack up on electrical
challenges. I love watching someone have to deal with the same sentry
gun three times over. Really liquidates a runner team. Also, that
Maglock is a btich to get past already, just wait to you roll that 5+
and have to face the bugger again.

* Fort Knox is great if you stack up on personnel challenges. That
+0/+3 is a nice jump on your pumpable personnel, especially the Mage
Strike Force with pumpable armor. :o)

* There's a couple of objectives that give a +2/+2 to awakened
challenges or state awakened challenges cannot be sleazed. Now those
ghouls, manticores or hunting gargoyles are even nastier to watch come
up.

Trick is just knowing your objectives and planning your challenges so
you'll see a number come out to take advantage of the bonuses.
