Actually, most of what I throw out is from experience and parlay with
FASAMike or Skuzzy. Antyhing I'm not comfortable answering or just
plain don't know, I'll bounce off Skuzzy in an upcoming email. I'll be
sure to post all formal rulings and replies as I get them.

No, but I did send a formal invite to Skuzzy. I'll shoot one over to
