Actually, it's only 2 armor piercing damage which isn't enough to kill
most runners and the damage can be healed. Also, Macabre gets a bonus
of +1 to die rolls at the Iron Lung (great combo for getting cards in
your hand.)

That's exactly how the card reads.

That would take 30 legwork phases for a single decker, 15 for two
deckers, 10 for three deckers, and so on. During this time your
deckers have not been able to do anything else like recon.

Now, it also says "This token may be used during a shadowrun when this
Runner is present. " Which means the decker(s) must actually be with
your team on a Shadworun. Not a good way to keep those deckers alive
as they're now able to fall victim to Challenges and suffer damage.
They're not the heartiest lot of runners in your deck.

You're not limited to only deckers visiting Shadowland (it's jsut that
hermit deckers may also visit), but anyone visiting the location isn't
able to do anything else that turn.

So far, I haven't found the card to be a game breaker.
