He works really nice to turn that last runner your oponent kept to
intercept the shadowrun on your turn.
You can also use him to turn a runner that may have an ability they
can be turned to use on your turn.
If his ability can be used as a Stinger (and I'm not sure if it can or
can't) then you could also turn a runner to keep them from going on an
opponents shadowrun.
