How do the hand razors work? It says you can play 2 on each runner, and
each says they add +1/+0 and user can add their Melee to their attack value.
Now, I uderstand that is I have a 4/4 with one melee, they get +1 and
another +1 for their melee. BUT... If they have a second hand razor, do
they get an additional +1 or +2? Do they get to add their melee to Each?
