This comes from FASA's FAQ about another objective that require's die
rolling:
Is the Awakened critter from Critter Hunt/Amazonian Hunt re-rolled
every time a Runner or team faces it?
Yes.
I would take this to imply any randomly rolled requirement for an
objective is also re-rolled once you've reached it. Thus you never
know what Harley's gonna want of you 'til you get there. :o)
