Alright, just so that I understand. A deck contains:
3 Rares
18 Uncommons
49 Commons
A booster contains:
1 Rare
4 Uncommons
10 Commons

That right? So a box breakdown would be:

For decks:
30 Rares
180 Uncommons
490 Commons
For boosters: 36 Rares
144 Uncommons
360 Commons

3 Rares to a deck is a pretty nice arragement. It DOES seem to make
boosters less attractive, unless you are going for a set, and are buying 4+
boxes (in which the number of uncommons becomes irrelevant). Well, anyways,
