The rulebook (pg 34) says Spirit cards may only be used by Shamans and
other Runners with the Conjure skill. However, I looked through my set
and couldn't find any mages or Runners other than Shamans with
Conjure. Granted I'm still missing a few rares. Which mages with
Conjure are you referring to?

Apparently anyone with conjure, though I haven't found the skill on
anyone but a Shaman. See my comments above.

Yes, Street and Combat are only colorful adjectives to the term Shaman
or Mage
