I understand what you are saying but my concern is that a trade list of
say 300 lines of cards including 67% or so commons and uncommons will
take up valuable download time. Imagine such a trade list multiplied
many times over posted say every three days or so, I have seen these
posted on a daily basis by some unthinking persons on other lists.

Some people may not be interested in trading at all but still suffer
that wasted time which for a lot of us, including me, costs money. Also
I and I suspect others like me will not be interested in commons and
most uncommons but not only do we have to waste access time but then we
have to wade through a huge list to find the 10% or less of interesting
items.
