Very true. However, this list is populated in the most part by people
from the Shadowrn Mailing list, a list which has a rather stern approach
to netiquette. Not that it's particularly draconian, but on the whole
the list is much more reasonable and rational than many discussion
forums. Hopefully that attitude has carried over here.

Also, we're all mature, responsible people. I hope. I don't think that
self-regulation will be a problem.

Further, many email programs have filters, and if we are careful to keep
TRADE: in the subject header you can set up your mailer to filter out
unwanted posts.

This is understood. However, this list was at least in part set up to
take the pressure off the Shadowrn list and *was* intended to accept
trade posts, though that's certainly not our reason for living. At this
point we're still small in number and I dont'see trade posts as being a
problem at the moment. As the list grows we will have to be careful to
regulate trade posts carefully, but I think with careful policing it
need not get out of hand. Also, as it gets bigger people's sets will get
closer to completion and there won't be very many (if any) commons in
the "Wanted" lists.
